This professional guidance and advice is performed by the Human Resources Bureau for the Territorial Headquarters in Des Plaines, Illinois and for the College for Officer Training in Chicago. Professional human resources guidance and advice is provided in our eleven divisions and commands through divisional headquarter and command human resources personnel. The Human Resources Bureau provides territorial human resources guidance and advice as appropriate.
